Salon / bookings: Ali Barber Woburn Sands — visit the salon in person or call the number shown in the app.
Sign-in and account
Sign in with Apple or Google. Your profile stores your name and email from your sign-in provider. You can delete your account under Profile → Delete Account. If you change phones, use the same Apple or Google account.
Booking appointments
Choose a service, date, and time. Pick a specific stylist or select "Any Barber" for automatic assignment. Times outside opening hours or without available capacity are not shown as bookable.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment where the app allows it. Late cancellations may incur a fee in line with the salon's policies (see Terms in the app).
Push notifications
Enable notifications when the app asks — then in your phone's settings for Ali Barber. You will receive confirmations, reminders, and updates about schedule changes.
Admin (salon staff)
Command Center provides access to the schedule, opening hours, stylists, smart scheduling, and users. Contact a super admin if you need a new role or access level.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot find any available times
Check that the salon is open on that day (opening hours are shown in the app). All stylists may be fully booked — try "Any Barber" or another date.
Push notifications are not working
Go to Profile and enable notifications, then iOS Settings → Ali Barber → Notifications. Make sure you are signed in and connected to the internet.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete Account. Booking history is removed in line with our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
Where can I find privacy and terms?
In the app at sign-in and under Profile, and on hazher.no/ALIBARBER/Privacy/.
