1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Ali Barber app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, profile, and booking data linked to the app, subject to legal retention where required.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email kontakt@hazher.no with:
- The subject line: Delete account – Ali Barber
- Your full name
- The email address used to sign in (Apple or Google)
- Whether you used Apple or Google Sign-In
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email linked to the app)
- Bookings and related in-app history
- Push notification device tokens
- Other personal data stored for the app service
We may keep limited records where required by law (for example accounting or dispute resolution). Apple or Google account data held by those providers is managed under their own policies.
Processing time
In-app deletion is usually immediate. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of verifying your identity. You will receive a confirmation when done.
